So I've been looking at Reddit for quite some time in the past and never truly found what I needed. But I'm here to be more specific. I'm in need of players that are willing to do a long term podcast. I've DM'd for 2+ years so far and I'd like to take this passion further. So some rules.
Looking for a mix of male and female for diversity, LGBTQ friendly, and newcomers are welcome.
Cannot be toxic, steal the limelight limit the amount of talking over one another.
At the end of the day, I still want everyone to have fun. So if you're going to power game don't brag about all the neat bonuses you get from being an elf monk barbarian.
Sessions will be done over roll20 and of course, will be recorded.
Let's all have fun, don't step on one another's toes. Last but not least, I enjoy laughing till my heart's content, so I can be silly for the most part but I take my world seriously. I would hope we can all laugh together whilst still having a compelling story filled with drama, heartache, and tension.
Your game seems very fun. I have already completed your survey. I wanted to point out that although I have played DnD in the past, I am new to playing it online, although I am really looking forward to it. I also wanted to mention that I have made a roll20 account, but I am not able to load and open the game / map to create a character. However, I have created a Goliath Barbarian on DnD beyond witch I hope to play in your campaign.
Are UI's ok? I was hoping to go down the Path of the Beast. If this is not a possibility, I would be happy to go down the Totem warrior path.
If a barbarian is not needed in the party, I would be happy to create an Arcane Trickster Rogue.
What timeframe on Wednesdays are you aiming for, if I may ask?
Also, could you mayhaps tell us a little about the setting and plot?
I did send in the survey, just wanted some clarifications. My preferred character would be a water genasi swashbuckler rogue, but I can develop something else if necessary.
I finished the survey, I can be flexible in terms of character creation as it pertains to needs of the party. I have three characters that I ended up never using on dnd beyond that I could transfer over to roll 20 a goblin way of the open hand monk, a triton wizard of evocation, and a firbolg cleric of the life domain or if you'd prefer I could roll up an entirely new character. I tend to enjoy roleplay over combat, though I feel there should be a solid balance between the two. Hope to hear back from you.
I have taken your survey and just so it's known, I am much older than 28. So technology is still new to me. I am trying to learn. I have Discord, DndBeyond, roll20, and now reddit.
For the most part, I will be using a survey. So apply there, please.

Live long and prosper
Filled out survey! What time on Wednesdays? Looking for after work (5ish) and done by 10. Maybe 11 sometimes.
Will we be able to use beyond20 to roll into roll20, or build characters in roll20?
