Hi! I'm a long time DM, First time player! My friend and I are searching for a Lost Mines of Phandelver campaign, preferably a new one since it's one of the modules I don't know anything about!
We play on Discord, make our sheets here, and would prefer to have battlemaps done in Roll20, but the roll20 part is unneeded and theater of the mind/another vtt is okay!
We have our character ideas here:
Jay: I play a demiboy halfling fighter named Nally Brisk, one of the happier halflings. Optimist, tries to talk their way out of situations but will fight if combat ensues. Goofy, friendly, and a bit unconventional. Backstory doesn't need to be explored, but it would make for a fun extension if needed.
Para: They play a genderfluid elf bard named Hemlock Thornwood, a sweetheart prankster. Caring, but always willing to tell you when you're in the wrong. Loves telling jokes and playing tunes, especially traveling shanties to pass the time.
This duo met when they were fairly early in their travels, so they have been friends for a couple of years. They have taken it easy, only doing small shipping or bar jobs while they traveled. They're close friends, and know each others' backstories, at least for the most part.
