Hi there, I am looking for players to join a campaign I homebrewed. if you are interested, post below with any questions or comments.
We will be using roll20.net - if you need help PM me and I can help with anything. I do not have a time set currently, and I will be working with those interested to find a time that works for all. (I am free any time due to COVID-19 lol)
If you are interested, post below telling me a bit about your character and your past DnD/roll20 experience.
You can use any of the 5e content here on DnD Beyond including the playtest and partnered content. If you have homebrew just ask me, I'm cool with most stuff
I'd be interested to learn more about your setting and I have a couple of character ideas I'd love to bring to life.
I've been playing Pen and Paper games for ~5 years now and recently got into D&D, played in 2 campaigns and made my DM debut (in D&D, not in general ;P) just last weekend.
For me coming up with interesting charcters, group dynamics and playing them in a setting I can really explore is a huge part of the fun.
The big question though is what time zone you're in. I'm in Europe so depending on when you/other players are free it might be difficult to coordinate, but I'd be willing to try and figure smth out.
Edit: I also have experience using roll20, though I didn't often do the map building.
I have a few homebrew characters I have yet to bring into a world, I'd love some more info on the setting, I just finished a homebrew called Heroes of Helios which we did with roll20 and I did a fair amount of the map and token building for to help ease the burden on the GM, so I know my way around the site!
I'd be interested In joining in, I've played a bit more than a month of 5e at this point, and I had a couple of years of experience with 3.5e a while back. I've done a good ammount on roll 20 tha past month, and usually for characters I play as either a tanky fighter or a cleric, but im flexible in what classes I play, so whatever the party needs I'll play as.
Been playing and dming for a fair few years so I am pretty versed and have a huge roster of characters to play, roll20 I ahve only been using for 2 years. I would absolutly love to play your campaign mate if it is still open, please contact me via discord if you still need players.
I'd love to give it a shot, and find out more about the world and setting, i have a number of characters in mind for it, from casters to punchy-lads. I've got about 3 years experience with D&D and about 8 years experience with roleplay in general. Just need to know the timezone! :)
Hello! I am not new to DnD, but I am new to playing it. I've been wanting to play for years now but due to the size of my town, there is literally no one who would play with me. I tried DMing a game for my brothers but they were too young.
Anyways, if you'd be willing to deal with a pretty new player, that would be awesome. I'm Mountain time, and available any time after 5:00 (so 7:00 EST) pretty much every day.
I have like a million character ideas since I haven't been able to play, but I love the game. The one i'm currently creating is a human ranger (Fey Wanderer) who was born on the mortal plane but raised in a little village in the fey wild. He grows up to be a part of the Green-guard (The settlements equivalent to a kings-guard) but gets relieved of his duties when the leader of the settlement dies of natural causes. From there he ventures off to find his own way in the mortal plane. If this character doesn't work in the type of setting your campaign is in, I can just make a new one.
I have never used Roll 20 before but i'd be eager to learn. Thank you!
