(PBP/TEXT) 6 players looking for DM

We're all close friends irl , some mutual friends with each other and 18+

We're avid D&D and tabletop players as well as [forever] Dm's with experience with 3.5 and 5e.

We love Role playing, writing, storytelling, and immersing ourselves into the world as our characters. Character development, meaningful dialogue, and a dynamic world is something we're searching for. We care very much about the writing prompts/dialogues and do our best to role play thoughtfully. Because of this, we're looking for an experienced Dm who matches our play style and will not be put off by our passion for writing and role playing.

We all have tons of character concepts but enjoy working with the DM to make it fit into their world.

As far as frequency, I think we're looking for something in the middle. Not too active that we're expected to be available every moment of the day, but not so slow as to only write once every other day.

I'm interested, im new to being a DM but ive played a few sessions with some friends

  I Have been  running a Wed night  Horror themed  campaign  in the Forgotten Realms But we only meet once a week and id like to get in more game time  I do an Online with cam and mic  with screenshare for enc+    I run roleplay intensive and Narrative based  with a lot of in depth character development and story entrenchment  ( i used to give seminars on immersive roleplaying for RPGA )  I am several sessions in but after we pow wow over a pre gen(currently 7th lev) character dev and filling backstory that ties you to the story arc  you could begin(if interested)  I  use Zoom  and i use Dungeoncraft/ D&D beyond /and Encounter + as well as a themed soundtrack and so forth  here are my contact links   hope to hear from you. I am still getting my feet under me for online gaming and the tech involved (had always ran FtoF games before, but since Covid...)but have adapted quickly and have been DM ing F to F sessions for over 20 years  . I have run every gen of the game since the red box  but have moved into 5E from 3.5 and i will likely continue to use it for this format as it trims down the mechanics and meta game  play...This is a free game I do not charge to play,(honestly didnt even know you could) I am fuly ok with theatre of the mind if screen sharing with i pad does not work .  Please let me know if you would like to chat  my links for discord and FB messenger are below  but i will likely request to Facechat to feel each other out and see if you group and i would be a good fit.
