DM Looking for Players for Basic D&D (1983)

Hey everyone

So I'm looking for a group of 4-7 players for a game on Discord and looking to get started more or less ASAP! Possibly even tonight, GMT timezone!

I am only planning on running a single session at the moment to test the rules out as well as the adventure I want to run, and the discord server I set up, but this may lead to more sessions depending.

I've set up a Discord server to play using Basic D&D rules (that's right, not 5E! Basic D&D using the Frank Mentzer red box rules from 1983)

I'm a new DM, so looking for new players, but experience is definitely welcome as long as you bare with me as I'm learning to DM.

Don't worry if you don't know the rules for this edition, or don't have access to them, I have setup the discord to include everything needed to understand and play the game, including form fillable PDF character sheets, links to PDF rules and class descriptions and a full guide on character creation.

PM me if interested and I will invite you to the server where we can discuss character creation.

Please note that you will need a laptop and a decent mic/headset to join. I may also record the session for my own reference but will let you know if I do so.
