Looking for more players and DMs for my discord group.[Both old and new!]

Hiya! I've posted before but my discord group is looking for more players and DMs. We have to active dms and two inactive ones atm. In total our groups is made up of 9 members(5 active, 2 inactive, 1 that isn't aloud in active campaigns, and one the me and my fiance known irl and are trying to get to join). We take turns dming so we don't get burned out but me and our other active dm are really running out of steam. I would like to find someone with some more experience dming than us. Now I know 9 players sounds like a lot but right now with our 5 active we're changing between two dms(who are getting worn out) and me and the other dm hardly have gotten to play together. Getting more people means being able to change up players more often.

Game: D&D 5e(but with a bit of 3.5
Group type: Online
Experience: Mixed, but i myself am experienced but still learning as a dm
Location/Timezone:  Cst but we have members in est,  England, and Australia.
Schedule: Flexible, but we run mostly on Monday and/or Tuesday
Roles sought: DM / Player 
Game style: Heavy base in roleplay, character development, and story.

We have to problem teaching new players how to play! More of our group have been learning together for about three years now but due to a couple of problem players we've never made it all they way through a game. We run a mix of 5e and 3.5e. Though honestly it's 5e with 3.5 sheets. XD

Our active campaigns-

Fading Tales: This is my current campaign, while i recover some stuff for my original. This is a somewhat mess around world. It takes place a crossed a multiverse with lots of references to games and anime. There are 13 fallen gods leading to problems in each existing dimension, like how in some of them magic doesn't exist rendering spell-casters useless there. The group sees it as a fun set up, but it's not my finest work!

Tale of Enis: This is my pride and joy. I spent over a year doing research and working on this world before bringing it to the original group; and then took another four months on it before we started it. I'm currently recovering some stuff involving the story due to having to restart it THREE FREAKING TIMES due to our problem players. Yes, i'm mad about it! Anyway, Tales of Enis takes place in a fully home-brew world with a few small references here and there but nothing major. The main location for the story is the continent of Enis(hence the name). Enis is home to six distinctive countries; Marobia and Oakviel to the north, Mithril and Rosemist in the middle, and Eldergar and Skor to the south. This is the style of story where the heroes get a summons from a king and end up fighting a threat far bigger than themselves. Slaying demons, hunting vampires, and possibly over throwing a queen or two!

Stolen Realm: This is the one that isn't mine. My friend who goes by Turtle runs it. This campaign goes by chapters. It's really hard to describe. It can be both light-hearted and dark. A few of the gods live among the people so you interact with them a lot. We do a lot with myths and legends. (Note from another player on how to describe it: AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!)

In CST, Tuesdays may be tough based on my other commitments.  Have experience playing 3e/3.5e.  Currently trying to ruin a campaign for my kids who are on the cusp of being able to really play.

It being Monday and Tuesday is due to my fiance's work schedule but i may end up running a Champaign at another point in the week.
