[LFG][LFDM][CST/EST] 3 Players Looking for Game/DM (Homebrew Allowed Please)

Howdy! My name is Vitamin. Myself and my friend Cherry (@NecroPrince) have had a lot of trouble trying to find a campaign and DM. Both of us frequently have to end up DMing in our little circle, and we haven't gotten much of a chance to play together. We are hoping for a change of pace and would like to play together as players instead of each others DM's. We also have another comrade who is joining us in the hunt for an open game or a DM, who goes by Simul!

CONTENT: Source book content or homebrew doesn't matter to us! We tend to prefer traditional fantasy, medieval style settings. Pretty much all of our sheets are on D&D Beyond so character sheets shouldn't be a problem.
HOMEBREW: Homebrew is basically NOT OPTIONAL for us. Cherry and myself are wanting to play characters that are at least in some way touched by homebrew, and its not something we are willing to budge on. We might be willing to adjust our homebrew if it means we can play what we are wanting to play, but if you are not fine with running homebrew, we would not be a good fit. This would probably include Races, Backgrounds, and Subclasses, thought we try not to go too overboard on it. Simul enjoy's homebrew as well, so offering that access is pretty much a crowd pleaser for us all!
TIMEZONES: My Timezone is CST, Simul is CST and NecroPrince is EST. We would prefer at least a similar timezone for the sake of scheduling!
SCHEDULING: We just personally like bi-weekly. Myself and Simul would need to know what days would be session days in advance so that we can adjust our work schedule accordingly, but Sunday and Tuesday are an absolute No-Go. 
MATERIALS: We aren't too picky really. We are familiar with Roll 20, Discord, and D&D Beyond. We would love for there to at least be a discord chat were a much better mode of communication can be held between us all. Otherwise, we are basically online players and are plenty ready if these are what you happen to use.
