A holy paladin, fresh off the battlefield of a crusade in distant lands finds himself in a new area. No friends, no family. Just him and the gods. Searching for his calling in this strange new place, he wanders the wilderness searching the countryside, as well as his soul for salvation. Blood-sickened from the atrocities he has witnessed in the world, and with a sworn duty to protect those who cannot defend themselves, he sits in a tavern, drinking his woes away, perhaps waiting for a stranger in need to take him on an adventure in search for the true meaning of life, and perhaps save his soul in the process.

(this was my attempt to say that I am totally new to DnD, and would like to find some groups that can possibly allow me to tag along on some adventures and learn the ins and outs of the game. Please feel free to get back to me to set something up)
