Group type: Online/Fantasy Grounds (I own the premium version)
Experience: New DM, Played for about 1 year
Location/Timezone: GMT 0+ UK
Schedule: Friday 20.00-00.00 will be the preferred day, Saturdays will be available on occasion. Last week of the month will be left free (3 weeks on, 1week off usually).
Roles sought: 3 Players, any level of experience (my friend is brand new to the game!)
Game style: Roleplay, Combat, jokes are fine but try not to break immersion!

Hello all!

I am looking for three players to join me runnning my first campaign, I have one player already confirmed. The Games will be ran in english (I don't speak anything else sadly) and I plan to run Frozen Sick first so we can get a feel for play styles/characters and hopefully run Hoard of the Dragon Queen in a smoother fashion. 

Upon completion of Hoard of the Dragon Queen I plan to run Rise of Tiamat (content is already owned). Speaking of content I own all source books on DnD Beyond and Fantasy Grounds, which the game will be ran on. If you are easily offended I wouldn't reccomend joining as our jokes can be tongue in cheek, the Orcs/Drow/Druegar are evil in my world :D

I would also like to be involved in character creation so I can tie character backstories into the campaign. Would like to start from 12/02/2021

I'm very interested in your campaign. I've not played much but I've been D&D adjacent since AD&D days. I've read the player's handbook 5e and have watched numerous campaign streams so I feel somewhat familiar. 

I do have discord and have used it minimally but I'm a novice at that as well. I'm not sure how to connect with you on discord but I'm certainly willing if educated.

I love to learn, enjoy all aspects of gameplay (roleplay, combat, puzzles, etc). I'll play whatever type of character needed and would welcome your involvement in creation. 

If I'm doing my time zone math correctly I'm open to your time slot. I look forward to hearing more about this from you and thanks for your consideration.

Hello TerraPrime, I'm totally new to the D&D Beyond experience but not to D&D. I have some newbie questions:

- What sort of commitment should an willing adventure be ready to offer to play on-line, time, money?  I'm guessing it would be a big tear-up to the group of adventures if one member could not join a scheduled session.

- What system or program is used to log in together, zoom, a chatroom? Is there a cost for this?

- Assuming the meeting/conference call must be a live interaction, will a video camera for my self be required? I don't have a laptop but I could get a USB camera.

- How is the a schedule game/meeting time set? What time zone and is it only on the weekends?

Hey man, the game is now full but most campaigns I have come across that play online use discord if they are not text based. Always read through things as it should made obvious if its pay to play (mine was not and is free)

Schedules vary this was 3 weeks on 1 week off, and it should be arranged in advance via discord or whatever means the party uses to communicate. Hope this was helpful and good luck in your search for a game!
