I used to play ages ago and am definitely beyond rusty. I'm looking for a group to play with (probably someone patient as it's been so long). I have an open schedule, but am currently living in Europe, so would prefer a group, though I can also stay up late for anyone else if need be.
I've had a Tiefling I have been wanting to play for probably around 3 years now, so my character is made. I ofc am open to changes and / or suggestions from a DM.
If you're open to a paid campaign, I've got a high fantasy game in the works called Legends of Bolya. It involves elements of steampunk and arcanepunk in a vast and diverse fantasy world. I tend to run games that are roleplay heavy, but have a fair bit of combat and exploration available as well. I am a fan of roleplay first and foremost, but I can't ignore the importance D&D puts on combat in the system. I feel like D&D is best when players have the freedom to build the character they want to build, as that is often the only piece of the game that they have such significant direct control over, so I do my best to allow that freedom in my campaigns. I often include in this freedom the options to create elements of the world to suit the character you're making. I used the prompt below in a post I made regarding this campaign, that I use as a sort of set up to how the game would start.
Following the Nightfall, a demonic invasion of nearly cataclysmic severity, the world has entered a time of relative peace.
Engineers and Artificers work to create the newest magitech wonders, artists spread creativity across the lands, and the adventurers of the past settle down to take an earned rest.
But any who have been around long know that peace doesn't last in this world. Rumors begin to spread about the mysterious city risen from the ocean and the ruins of an ancient civilization being unearthed all over the world. Time has come for a new generation of adventurers to set out and become Legends of Bolya.
