Noob looking for chill beginner group (USA Central)

Game: D&D 5e
Group preferred: Online
Experience: New/Noob
Timezone: USA CST (Central)
Availability: Any time between 2pm and 10pm daily (but I need to know at least 2 days in advance due to irl stuff)
Preferred role: Player
Game style: Casual, roleplay, learning the basics, etc. Maybe eventually move on to more advanced stuff?

I just copy-pasted this from the informative post at the top of the forum. I'm really new to DND and have never played an official game of DND. I've done games were little or none of the mechanics apply, and I have basic knowledge of how to build a character, but honestly that is it.

I am not always able to uses a microphone due to not wanting to disturb other people in my house, I understand if that is disqualifying.

I have a Discord and a Band, I am fine with using either. I am also very new with this site so please forgive me if I didn't add certain tags or something.
