Phandelver's Peak
Creative title? Maybe not, but I decided for my first DMing venture to both rewrite and merge the two Forgotten Realm's campaign modules "Lost Mines of Phandelver" and "Dragon of Icespire Peak". To those who don't know, they are two starter campaigns set in the frontiers of the Sword Coast region, which put together could take characters to level 7 or 8. I currently run two groups through this story on alternating Saturdays, however, some players did have to leave due to some trying life circumstances. Fortunately, this also means we are reopening both campaigns to new people!
Both groups are composed of both new and experienced 5E players, so people of all experience levels are welcome as long as they are willing to learn or willing to be patient with people learning! Please post if interested and include your Discord Usernames if you already have one so we can follow up on fitting your character's into the narrative.

I'd be interested, I've got about five years experience playing 5E, in a variety of classes/party roles. How close to the beginning of the adventure would we be joining?
I am noting an update to the group expectations. This is for adults 18 years of age or older. While there is no NC-17 content in this campaign, some members of the group are former educators and do not feel comfortable roleplaying or discussing violent content with minors. While I am considering hosting an all ages D&D session in the future, that will not be the case in this session. I apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding.
That said, thank you all for your interest! That said, due to an unexpectedly high response rate, we are currently putting a pause on additional recruitment. No new people are being actively added for sessions, however all Discord names posted are still being noted for follow-up in the event of further changes to the campaign roster. If the campaign needs to resume recruitment, a new post will be created.
