5e group, challenging encounters

Group preferred: Online (Roll20 experience)
Experience: Many year in many game systems
Location/Timezone: PST
Availability: Weekends and Weekday evenings
Preferred role: Either DM or Player
Game style: I’m looking for a game that is focused on challenging dungeon and outdoor encounters that conforms to rules as written as much as possible. I like the idea of running out of arrows, torches, rations, etc. being a real problem that needs to be planned for. Role play is a core part of any game, but game mechanics and encounters should be the main focus. I am up for modules (current or modified ones from previous editions). I am comfortable as both a DM or.a player.
