I haven't done anything like this and I apologize if this isn't the proper format, but here it goes.
I've had an interest in Dungeons and Dragons for a few years, and have only been able to play for two. I had played before, however, I left the group due to circumstances that made the game toxic and detrimental to my mental health. I'm hoping I can rekindle my love for the game again.
My name is Diego (he/them), but you can call me DK or Dio. I'm seventeen years, will be eighteen in November. I'm hoping to find a game that is LGBTQA+ friendly, as my previous one was very much against that. I might have one game lined up for myself yet but as of this point not much has happened so I'm looking on my own. I'm hoping to find one that focuses on roleplay as much as the battle, if not more. I have six characters ready to use. If you are looking for a bard, rogue, barbarian, druid, monk, or ranger, I'm your guy. I know the basics of battle enough, but I'd still need a little guidance or a push in the right direction. If you are a player who knows a group, or a DM looking for a player, I would be happy to join.
I hope to join a group that is primarily online. I have a headset and microphone, but the camera on my computer is seemingly broken. I'm currently attending online school that lets out at around 3:00, and as of now, I am unemployed, though hopefully will have an opportunity in November.
If there is anything else you need to know, I hopefully will be able to answer most, if not all questions. I can go in blind or have a description of the campaign. Thank you for your consideration!
Edit: My Bad! It seems this post has gotten some late attention. As much as I appreciate the offers, I actually started my own campaign a few weeks ago and I'm not quite ready to handle more than that right now. Thank you so much and I wish you guys greater searches for your groups!
