My Bro and I would like to join your game if it is Online, since we are not from the UK. We have read a bit of every official material thats out there and are Avaliable every evening of the week from 6 p.m. UTC+1 to about 12 p.m. UTC+1 except Thursday Friday and Saturday.
If there are still slots open I'd definitely be interested in playing. I'm on Belgian time, so only an hour ahead of you guys (don't worry, I'll try not to give away any spoilers...), the only day I can't do is tuesdays - but aside from that I'm free to play whenever.
