Looking for a Dungeon Master to run a game once a month for a group of 7, most experienced only 1-2 who are newer to D&D. party consist of a Warlock, Bard, Ranger, Paladin, Cleric, Fighter, and a Rogue (not the face-just rouge shell.) Willing to pay more for an experienced DM who is willing to run a few one-shot campaigns to get a feel for one another to make sure everyone is a good fit for each other and the campaign. Eventually would like to make it a once a month ongoing campaign (Fellowship of the ring style kind of play.)
Hiii Not the most experienced DM, but I have a few fun homebrew one-shots that I can run, all in the same world setting. I focus on fun and could transition to a character-inclusive longer term campaign. Saturdays work best for me, but weekdays could work out as well, depending on session length and time zones (I’m PST) If that sounds y’all’s style, U can pm me or hit me up on discord ( ThatGhostyGal#1592 ) and we can work out details :D
I would love the chance to speak with you about being your groups Dungeon Master. I have been a DM since 2015 seriously, and played D&D as far back as 2008. The fact that you comment about wanting to run a few one-shot adventures first, to check the stability of the group, speaks to your experience. Currently I run 2 pay-to-play games every week. So I am also fairly experienced with the business end of things. Let us talk when you have time, you can find me on Discord at Obsidian Drake Gaming#3861
I'm currently running a game on Sunday nights and have the rest of the week mostly open.
I'm a storyteller with a love of dramatic twists, monsters, and horrible places filled with horrible creatures. Players have described my settings as "Fairly Tale"-like. I've never been paid for a game before and wouldn't be opposed to it, but I would also do it for free, especially if it's a one-shot.
I would use Discord for play, and theater of the mind for action, so nobody needs to download any simulators or make any new accounts on websites. Just dice, RP, and monsters.
Message me if you'd like to do a call to discuss it further.
