Radian was once a thriving world with nature as far as the eye can see and the nobility had finally stopped fighting each other, but then a powerful spellcaster made a magic bomb to wipe out civilization to start anew, most cities were in ruins and society had collapsed, 100 years later rumors of a treasury in the city of Serbra which due to being made in underground ruins was covered in rubble and the location of it was lost. The party has united to find this treasure after in various ways getting a tip off that a man named Carlos Deckington knows something about finding Serbra
