Game: homebrewed D&D 5e with chtulhu mythos by peter sandersen implemented Group type: Online on Roll20 Experience: New / a few years / veteran Location/Timezone: European Schedule: To be decided bases on the group's needs Roles sought: 2 players Game style: There will be a session 0 where I will explain everything in more detail. In short I want to experiment with an horror campaign that will take place in a lovecraftian universe so expect eldritch horror and your character MAY die fairly easily if you do not pay attention so please apply with the appropriate mindset. This is not to say that I will be unfair or anything, it's just to say that I won't pull any punches. If that tentacle would rip your arm off (based on the dices), It will. I have some experience as a DM but I am in no way an expert, therefore plesae do not expect a masterpiece, what I can promise is that I will do my best. for new players: I am willing to introduce you although you should make sure that you want your first D&D campaign to be a "non conventional". I am not big on roleplaying but I will try my best, There will be a lot of mystery and investigation. Murder hobos will have short lives in this world so if you just want to lay back and have fun with a campaign (absolutely nothing wrong with that) I would suggest you do not apply here. Horror and especially lovecraftian lovers are highly encouraged to apply
REQUIREMENTS:
-20+ years old
- Discord account
-microphone is a must. Webcam is highly encouraged.
- Roll20 account (I can teach you hwo to use it)
HOW TO APPLY:
- answer to this post with your discord name and tag. First come first served basis
if you have all the requirements of course I can :) The only thing is that I would make sure that you really want to get into a campaign of this kind for your first D&D game. It is quite a bit more complicated than "normal" D&D. I am willing to teach you anyway but you have to keep in mind that it's not what usually a dnd game looks or plays like.
I am tentatively interested, although I need to see if times check out. I'm interested in an "inteligent" mystery heavy campaign, although I have minimal knowledge of the Cthulhu mythos.
