Hi! We are two 27 year old Finnish players looking for group to play with. We’ve played a homebrew campaign regularly for a few months now (once a month or so…), one of us being the DM and the other one a player. We play this campaign face to face with some other players and now the two of us would like to have a go in the online DnD as well. Outside of our campaign we have occasional roleplaying experience, we have done some Pathfinder and one shots in the past few years. Our DM, Laura, has only experienced DnD 5e as a DM and would love to try it as a player too! But she is willing to DM again, if there is no one else ready to DM the group. Eve on the other hand would love to try some wotc campaigns if someone is willing to run one for us. If Laura ends up DMing again, she will create her own homebrew world for the group (and if no one wants to run wotc we are up to someone else running homebrew too).
Though we’ve played for a few months now we can’t consider us very experienced and neither of us have yet swallowed the whole rule book – though we are familiar with the basics.
We like roleplaying with some combat elements and it’s okay if some sessions are more combat heavy and some more roleplaying heavy. Both of us enjoy watching Critical Role, though Laura has only begun to watch it lately and Eve has watched almost every episode :D.
We are fluent in English, but our spoken language can be a little bit rusty. We both read and write well and once we get ourselves going I’m sure speaking the language will become easier too! But be willing to have a long pause while we try to figure out a word or two occasionally and so on… And if we are a little bit shy in the beginning, it’s only because we haven’t spoken English out loud very much since we were at school and getting back to it is strange and a little bit awkward too!

Location/Timezone: GMT+2, Finland (willing to play with people all over the world)
Availability: Mondays and Tuesday between 10am and 4:30pm GMT+2, either weekly or every other week
Preferred Role: Eve as a player and Laura as a player or DM
Game style: Roleplaying balanced with some combat
I and a few other Scandinavian players would have loved to play with you two. But between 10:00-16:30 we are either working or having classes, so it would not be possible for us. Most of us are only available to have session after 16:00
:( Ooh, that sucks - not the part that you would have loved to play with us - but the fact that our schedules don't match. I'm a mom to a 5-year-old and at evenings my house is pretty noisy + of course I have to take care of my son and my family :). My friend's job is often during the evenings and that doesn't fit well with evening games either. Sorry that we can't play with you :(.
It is understandable. If you can't match time then there is nothing to do about it

Hi, is this invitation open? My friend and I (both female) are both from Finland and we're getting really into dnd. We both are played only of couple of times seriously. Time seems quite fitting for me but idk about my friend.
