Queen of the Gods is a text DnD server which provides players, Dms and readers. As it grows with the players, it is a forever changing server with experiments. For everyone we have a place to talk and discuss. Including homebrew ideas, characters et cetera. For everyonewe are creating a place where free role play is possible! We use Avrae the bot for the open plays. What does that mean? Read [1] below! For everyonewe organize DnD text events. This can be an escape room, one shot or exhibition match. ... Every two or three months we try a big event. For readerswe make sure every story can be read afterwards or live, this means you can have fun seeing the shenanigans of other DMs and Characters. For readers Do note, all shenanigans can even affect the other stories! But will it? And how?! That's the question for everyone on the server ;) For playerswe have the option to freely role play, fight and more. For NEW players everyone is willing to teach you if you want to learn! For playerswe have a little special. It is called the 'Once upon a time' section. ... The DMs have fun with a special format over here with willing players, homebrew allowed and Avrae is not a must. ... Depending on availability of the DMs, you can get your own one on one/duo story. See [2]. For NEW DMsI have good news. It seems our moderator team enjoys helping you learn here text based. You do need to read up and check a lot yourself, but we are there to help you out. For DMs join us in the fun to DM and play around as player too! You will get a 'Fire Proof' where the team will give you the rundown of the server.
"What you see is a castle no unlike those of fantasy, it's eight towers shining like beacons as the sunlight rains from above. On a balcony, the Queen and her two children are overseeing the view that is the city, their knights all different from each other standing behind them, ready to protect what has and will be built The view then changes to a group of Kobolds and a Tiefling surrounding a magic necklace as it tells a tale, the house they're in moving towards an unknown destination. Now a grung on a ship, struggling to direct it as a five headed monster looms above them, jaws filled with elemental power. Finally a pixie huddled inside and igloo exhausted while her Goliath companion falls into the freezing depths of a lake..." Credits: Moderator Knight Spada
[1] Example of Open Role Play CURRENTLY [feb 2021] in the City of Planes: *Cookie tavern* -- An ominous rumor is going around… The Knights are running around to investigate it! *Dark Forest* -- Some wolves have been dominating the forest, what will we do…? *Colosseum* -- After the bad advertisement by the evil bard, another exhibition match has been held with great success, it seems the newest creations of the squire have potential.
Story Feb 2021, example "Join us and read about the brave souls that have gathered around Queen Eleanora, ruler of the plane that connects all! Currently said souls are being appointed as official knights while trouble brews in the form of a bard causing mischief in the various locations in the city of planes! Will they stop him or will his plans unfold uncontested? Find out as the story progresses in the City of Planes!"
[2] Examples Private stories [feb 2021]: *Loyal* -- A Dwarf has accidentally released something and while fleeing he used something... Which has sent him 5 years forward in time! But, the most troublesome thing right now are… Stairs. *Insanity* -- Two Kobolds trying to become the BBEGs as they see this as the only way to achieve their dream! Currently they have been getting in trouble… With something power hungry and revenge.
As this is a server, it is possible for our DMs to place a message her in this threat via me. Stories placed here for people to join will only be placed by me.
