CST Newbie looking to have his first D&D experience.

Hi I'm Jacob. I'm 26 yo and would like to play with other adults. I have never played D&D and would like to find a nice group to have my first game with. Would probably need a lot of help. I have done some research, so I would not be going in completely blind. I live in the CST time zone and my schedule is pretty open. 

did you play "Desert of desolation, Pharaoh, Oasis of the white palm, Lost tomb of martek, Against the cult of the reptile god, temple of elemental evil"? if yes, please tell me what you know. if no, all the better.

I have played a few sessions in the official Adventurers' League and am looking at running the Lost Mines of Phandelver Starter Set.  We would use Discord and Fantasy Grounds for online play.  I was looking at Wednesday or Friday evening probably.  There are pre-gen characters so you wouldn't have to worry about character creation.  Let me know if you are interested.
