Character Idea(s): Cleric - Grew up in the City of Light Elterel, with rumors of a dragon uprising he wanted to a chance to prove himself and decided to follow leads that eventually has him meet up with the rest of the party and diving into the adventure.  

I would be more of a support type player with some nice damage as needed.

Old school 2e (advanced) for several years, lots of 5e content consumed (have the core books), been wanting to play for a while (attempted to DM a solo adventure for my wife hoping to get her into D&D)

Character Idea(s):
Ranger or Rogue - burned counter intelligence staying ahead of bounty hunters sent by former employer or some other entity (I need to find out).  I want enough resources/influence to force the bounty to be called off (or, at least, confront and kill whoever burned me/take down the organization)

I am open to running any class, and can tailor the background to fit the campaign
