Long startup time

Android:

The app seems to take a not inconsiderable time to start up (spinner under the D&D Beyond logo, dark gray screen).  In fact, on my tablet (Google Pixel C), sometimes it takes so long I think it's broken and just switch to the website.

Just adding, this is on Android 8.1.0 on both devices.

I see the same issue on both my iPhone 8 and especially on my iPad Pro 10.5

I too have had this issue on my iPhone X (11.2.1) and iPad Air 2 (10.3.3).

Same issue on my Samsung Galaxy S7 w/ Android 7.0

My Google Pixel 2 XL (8.0) and Asus Zenpad 3s 10 (7.0) both have similar extremely slow app start.
