I am having an issue with viewing my content after downloading. I get an error that says

Error

There was an error loading the compendium source. Try again with an active internet connection or contact support if the problem persists.

I am using an

Samsung Galaxy Core Prime phone

android 5.1.1

and i am using my home wifi internet connection
