I was doing further troubleshooting in regards to the problem seen here and I cleared the app cache and download data for the DDB app and force stopped the application.

I then tried to reopen the DDB application and log back in.  Unfortunately every time now I get an error 'Failed to login.  An unexpected error occurred while attempting to log in.  Try again later or contact support if this problem persists.'

Just for clarification I've been using the application since launch of the Alpha so this is a new problem for me.

Try deleting your device from https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/mobile-devices then force stop the app and try to log in again.

That worked.  I had two items listed for my phone.

I deleted both and then was able to log into the application normally.

I was having this problem when I tried to test the app on my tablet. Everything works fine on my phone, but it won't authenticate on my tablet. Can I only have it installed on one device?
