The Monsters listing for Meenlock is missing their bonus action in the Android app (v 2.4.4). This information is present in the compendium material for Volo's.
I suspect this may be due to formatting/structural differences from say, a goblin's Nimble Escape or an orc's Aggressive, which directly follow the statblock and are before the Actions heading in the compendium. In contrast, Shadow Teleport is listed under a separate Bonus Actions heading following the Actions section in the compendium page.
