Currently trying to deal with this. I thought it was because I had signed in on 2 mobile devices but it is still persisting. I have deleted the app on both devices and now I can’t sign in on either.

Try removing your device from the approved devices, then log in again, worked for me. https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/mobile-devices
