Can't access latest thread in "Bell" forum on Android

I can't access the latest thread in the "Bell" forum on Android.

No matter how many times I try, it ignores it. I was able to access the 2nd notification from the top by going to the Profile setting, turning it off and restarting.

But that doesn't work for the latest

That doesn't apply to the site on the PC.

Please help.
