often the app will get stuck when I launch it. I’ve had this happen on both my phone and tablet (both are iOS and up to date).

This is the screen it gets stuck on.

It’s happened on both cellular and WiFi.

Edit (for clarification): it eventually gets past this part but it takes about 10 minutes!
