Xiaomi Redmi 3 (Android 5.1.1) user here.

The app crashes when I try to download any content, even the Basic Rules.

I try to download from 'My Account > My Content' and from 'Compendium'. Crash in both ways.

I launch the app again and try to open the content. Same error than BlueDreamer at this point.

Getting this same error as Blue Dreamer on my Samsung Tab 4. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

Same in Bluestacks.

So far I'm 0 for 2. The iOS version won't work because my iPhone is too old (4S), and it won't work in Bluestacks. It's definitely an alpha, that's for sure.

I get this error as well on my Amazon Fire 7 which I have the Google Play Store etc. installed so I was just thinking it may be because the Amazon tablet is not a standard (pure) Android platform. On my Asus tablet, everything runs smooth and the downloaded books come up fine and look great without such an error.

Took the update this morning - still doesn't work. Same error and random crashes that others above have experienced as well. 

Acer Liquid Z500 here. I get the same error with any book I try to access. Bought the PHB and XGTE a while back, but I have to go on the site to access them.

Same problem here, Samsung Galaxy.  

I only get this error on two adventures I started downloading and then exited the app before they were fully downloaded. Perhaps that contributes?

then when I try to delete them it’s hard to swipe over to delete and when I do it doesn’t seem to do anything.

I am getting this error, but in a slightly different way. I use a microsoft surface 3. I have tried NOX and BlueStacks as android emulators. I am getting this message and the same behavior as described above. I hasve tried different emulator engines, and it still doesn't work. Not sure if this is an issue with the emulators or the app.

 I sent a link to my buddy for my campaign and he made an account with twitch. After he put in his name tag and press enter error 500 comes up and he cant do anything else on the site.

Same here. It's working flawlessly in my OnePlus3 (android 8) but I keep getting this error and the random crash in my Samsung Galaxy Tab S (Android 4.4.2).

UPDATE: I updated my tablet to android 6.0.1 and now it's working.

UPDATE 2: It's NOT working. It looks like it is working because I can download and open the index, but if I click on any link (in this example, to the introduction of the Monster's Manual) I get:

Web page not available

The web page at ddb://compendium/mm/introduction could not be loaded because:

net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME

It happens only if I click a link. If I sweep to flip pages everything works perfectly, it's the hyperlinking what's broken. It's the same problem reported here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/bugs-support/mobile-alpha-testing-bugs/10483-hyperlinks-dont-work

Same error on a Hisense Infinity KO.

Same here, Kindle Fire 10 HD. 

Do you think this problem is occurring because the app may be installed on the SD card or part of the program is in the SD card?
