Mobile app won't display monsters from Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes

I updated the books on my phone so i have quick access to monsters during sessions but now i can't access the quick view for monsters from Mordenkainen's.  It still works for the others books.

I’m having the same issue only it’s the Monster Manual that’s behaving this way. Just crashes the app

I can see the information again, but my app crashes every time i loose data.  Does this thing not work of line or is that just a coincidence. 

I deleted the monster manual and downloaded it again to fix that issue, but now I’m still not seeing any creature stats from Mordenkainen’s
