Monsters not able to sort?

So I have been having this problem since I bought the books and Dnd beyond. I have an ipad, and plenty of space. I have all my books stored on it. 

Whenever I am searching for monsters from the “more” setting on the bottom of the title screen, I have some notable issues: 

1) Challenge ratings do not exist, or are not shown. Only the amount of exp given. 

2) whenever I try and sort by challenge rating, the app shuts down.

3) whenever I sort monsters by environment, type, etc. no monsters show after hitting apply.

I’m really not sure what I should do to fix this issue or of I can even do anything. Some help would be really appreciated.
