Can't scroll down spell list on mobile

So on any of my characters with spell lists the list on the right side won't scroll past a couple of lines but the rest of the page behind the pop out is scrolling fine. Anyone else having this issue?

Using a Google Pixel 2 and on my Galaxy tablet.

I am having this same problem on my mobile. Trying to build a wizard for my next campaign and i can only pick 4-6 cantrips and sells.
