If you go here (https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/mobile-devices) you will probably see a long list of devices (some may be the same device mutiple times). Delete a few of them and you should be able to log in to the app again.
I'm not sure what causes the mutiple same devices bug or how to prevent it though.
