Resources not downloading on android.

I got a new galaxy S10 for Christmas,  and I have the legendary bundle.

After a couple of  weeks of trying I have maybe 6 or 8 titles downloaded. Now when I press download, nothing happens. 

I have even tried going to settings>account>my content. And downloading from there, still NOTHING happens.

Hello! Please try to use the side menu and select your settings. Then tap your avatar to reveal the Support Options. From there, download the latest source manifest, and restart the app when it completes. Let me know if this helps.

I deleted the app, reinstalled it and ended up downloading over cellular after the monster manual failed 5 times on wifi.

Thankfully I just upgraded my plan so 3.5GB didn't take me over
