Hi all - I used the D&DBeyond app on my iPhone to purchase Monster Manual. I did receive a receipt from iTunes, and was charged through PayPal. However, the content is not available on my account. I submitted a ticket 4 days ago through the DnDBeyond Zendesk support site and haven't heard back from them.
Is it normal to take this long to get a response? Has anyone else had issues like this?
Hello LukeLamar, we're sorry to hear about the issue you're facing with your purchase in the mobile app. Our Support team answers tickets in the order they were received, and their offices are closed weekends and holidays.
Here's a step that you can try in the meantime:
Open the side menu in the app.
Select "My Account"
Tap in the area above your username / Where the avatar is displayed if you have one.
Select the new option that appears in the list, called "Customer Support"
Select "Download Latest Manifest", and restart the app when prompted.
Does this now allow you to download the book when you re-open the app?

The steps listed above did not fix the issue. I should add that even when viewing my account through a browser on my PC, the purchase does not show.
