Boon of Dimensional Travel allows the user to teleport immediately after the attack action or magic action. But since “Bonus Unarmed Strike” and “Flurry of Blows” are not linked to the attack action can they be performed after Blink Steps?
Boon of Dimensional Travel
Ability Score Increase: Increase one ability score of your choice by 1, to a maximum of 30.
Blink Steps: Immediately after you take the Attack action or the Magic action, you can teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space you can see.
Bonus Unarmed Strike. You can make an Unarmed Strike as a Bonus Action.
Flurry of Blows. You can expend 1 Focus Point to make two Unarmed Strikes as a Bonus Action.
Yes. Using the Boon of Dimensional Travel ability doesn't have any effect on what other things you can do with the rest of your turn, and it doesn't use up any kind of action itself.

For other classes an attack action also includes the bonus attack with the second weapon. So Boon Of Dimensional Travel has better synergy with classes with independent bonus actions such as spells or monk's bonus attacks.
I read on the Internet that they recommended Boon of Speed and Boon of Irresistible Offense for the monk.
I can still understand Boon of speed which allows the monk to achieve unthinkable mobility. Too bad only for disengagement as a bonus action, since the monk is already capable of it. But Boon of Irresistible Offense I do not understand why. Only in the case of frequent use of the advantage that the Grappler feat gives one could have some 20 with the d20. There would also be the possibility of an enemy resistant to physical type attacks, so also force. So useful yes, but only occasionally. In that sense I think Boon of Dimensional Travel is more interesting.

I'm not really sure what you mean here. The Boon of Dimensional Travel effect happens right after you take the Attack action. Which bonus action you might or might not be taking afterward doesn't affect it.

Maybe I am forgetting something?
The resistance part of Boon of Irresistible Offense option isn't really relevant for Monks, because their unarmed strikes can deal Force damage from level 6 onward. I think that may be what you're saying, but it's kind of hard to parse that sentence.
The extra damage on a natural 20 is a lot, it's an ability score value rather than the modifier, and it's presumably going to be over 20 at this point. While it's not going to happen very often, it'll be a big impact when it does. And there are lots of ways to get advantage on attack rolls other than grappling.
That said, I agree that Boon of Dimensional Travel is more interesting.

I am confused. You have to take the attack action in order do a Bonus unarmed strike or FoB. So they are linked.

That is no longer the case in the 2024 version of the Monk class.

Yep. You could choose to Dodge with your action while still doing Flurry of Blows with your bonus action if you wanted. It's a pretty decent way to guard a choke point, honestly.
Having the monk many abilities in the bonus action independent of the attack action, it can be said that “Boon of Dimensional Travel” is one of the best choices for the monk.

Teleporting is always a good option, but waiting until 19 level to get it is unsatisfying. I was thinking maybe Shadow Step from Warrior of Shadow, could be faster substitution? Since it is a bonus action, you can still get your normal attack(s) in

Of course waiting until level 19 to get “Blink Steps” is not so appealing, but “Shadow Step” unfortunately consumes a bonus action while “Blink Steps” does not thus offering many more variables and combinations on monk features. I find it a pity that “Shadow Step” at higher levels does not become like “Shadow Steps.”
Obviously for other classes that do not depend on the bonus action like the monk “Shadow Step” could be great, so taking 3 levels of monk warrior of shadow just to have “Shadow Step” is a great strategy.

Shadow step gives you an unarmed strike as part of that bonus action.

Sure, but a single unarmed attack is not the same as a full bonus action.
