So, I picked up Adventures in Rokugan, and for the most part I like what I’ve read. But am I missing something with the Pilgram and the Acolyte? Perhaps it a bit of flavor fail that they seem to need using a weapon rather than unarmed strikes? Any insight into these would be great, or is the solution taking Fighting Initiate and calling it a day?
Thanks for the assist! P.S. Just to nip it in the bud, I am aware L5R isn’t really the best setting for 5E but I do like options. For the record, the edition prior to FFG taking over was my favorite L5R system.
Crab Clan 4 Life. I re-read (okay re-skimmed) Pilgrim and Acolyte and other then that they have weapon proficiencies I didn't notice any abilities or archetypes that enhanced weapons

Morning everyone,
So, I picked up Adventures in Rokugan, and for the most part I like what I’ve read.
