The 2024 classes don't get the Tasha's abilities. They've often been incorporated or made unnecessary. Dedicated weapon is one of those that hasn't, but the monk in general has a considerable tune-up, and is probably fine without it. (Which doesn't help if you want it for theme, of course, but then you can just ask your DM)
It didn’t make it into the 2024 PHB but that doesn’t mean you can’t still use it. It’s an optional rule, then and now, so the DM would still have to ok it.
With the increase of Unarmed Strike damage I think it is less necessary as jl8e said. It’s not like it’s getting you access to more weapon masteries. But it would come in handy if a magic weapon was available to you that you normally wouldn’t have proficiency.
Did monks lose Dedicated Weapon from Tasha's in the 2024 PHB or am I missing something?
No idea what that is, but looking at the 2024 Monk, I'd say it's not there.

It doesn't appear to be an optional rule available in character builder with the 2024 Monk class, even with optional rules enabled.
There is currently no support for it in the character builder, so you would have to manage it manually.
