This is kind of a JoJo and kind of a dnd question, so I wasn’t sure where to put it. Is there a single Joestar who if you were making in dnd you wouldn’t at least make their first level monk? I feel like although they’re all so different in dnd making all of them and putting them together in one party they might seem too similar and then overlap roles.
I suppose the closest one to a monk would be Jonathan from the very first one. Once stands came out it became... i guess astral monk (UA)? would be the closest thing to having a stand user but because of their abilities then it needs some multi classing for it to even work.

Born under the watch of something from the furthest corners of the far realms.... It knows all.... it sees all... and it asks: "What is it that you want to see?"... and my answer is... ALL"
Giorno, even with his Stand, is closer to a Druid. After Part 3 most Jojo's don't throw Punches. Josuke is a delinquent in the lowest sense of the word and they rely on their stands more going forward than being physically strong.

The astral monk or a pact of the chain warlock and reflavoring their familiars like stands is the best I can think of.
