I am 3rd level, and I was wondering if I should and with what to multiclass. I am on low cha but my dm allows me to convert the spellcasting to con/wis, so there is no problem with bard, sorcerer, warlock etc. I am planning on being mostly monk with few spellcaster class. What are your recommendations?
Then if you can change the INT stuff for Wizards to WIS, you'll get access to the best spell list and importantly the Shield spell. Here are some good subclasses:
War Wizard. It plays to the monks strengths giving them defensive options. Tactical Wit and Arcane Deflection are both pretty good abilities at level 2. Being able to use your reaction to give yourself +4 to Saving Throws is pretty great. You'll still be attacking most of the time so the restriction on no leveled spells on your next turn isn't that big of a deal.
Bladesinger is also a good option for wizard. The Bladesong feature also plays to the monks strengths, especially if you can double dip on Wisdom for AC by changing INT to Wisdom.
If you can change CHA stuff for Warlocks to WIS, you'll have access to an often sought after spell for monks, Hex. With your high number of attacks, you get a lot of mileage out of the spell.
Hexblade is a great option if you can use your Wisdom modifier for attack and damage rolls instead of Charisma. The Hexblade's Curse feature lets you critical on 19s as well as do damage equal to your proficiency bonus when you hit. This gives you yet another use for your bonus action though. Monks already use the crap out of that. This subclass also gets access to the Shield spell, which is nice.
Ranger makes a lot of sense. You'll get access to Hunter's Mark which is basically a nature version of Hex.
Gloomstalker is interesting, especially if you don't have dark vision.
Those are my thoughts anyway with the expanded criteria. The Cleric, as mentioned several times in your other thread, remains a decent option.

I am leaning towards Hexblade, got new magical handwraps. This means I can link the connection with the entity to the handwraps and still have my open hand benefits.

I will probably choose from sorcerer or warlock.

Get to level 5 first, for extra attack.
