I use two sorcery points to cast spider climb with a bonus action and climb onto the wall. 

Then I cast chill touch 18 for hit and 1 damage to Cheeseball. He can't regain hitpoints until the end of my next turn

Mk. For my turn, I am now mad at Dekachan, so I use my broom of flying. I fly about 20 feet away from Dekachan and cast Eldritch Blast. 18 to hit hopefully and damage is 6. Just to clarify I am now 10 feet high flying. It is now @87306's turn.

Ugh fine.

I will cast hex on IsaacLinenfelser, choosing Dexterity.  I will then throw my lightning javelin, so that the line of lightning passes through him and the extra-damage attack hits EfryElf.  IsaacLinenfelser, you must make a DC 13 DEX save at disadvantage or take 19 lightning damage (half on a success).  EfryElf - attack: 12 damage: 23
