Lol. I lack the context, I'm assuming based on the delivery and audience that this was improv? Very funny stuff.
It was submitted as a prize for a show called Taskmaster (which, by the way, is very funny and has 13 out of 15 seasons free on Youtube). The category for the prizes was "something you can hold, but just barely," so Mike submitted "a tune." Pretty sure he's the best contestant ever on the show.

Mine is either Mister Blue Sky by Electric Light Orchestra or Facts About Animals by Mike Wozniak.
I don't think I have a personal theme song, 'cept maybe "Lawyers, Guns and Money" but for gaming Espers' cover of "Flaming Telepaths" or King Crimson's "Epitaph" are my "D&D themes" I can usually fit in both on my drive to my games.

My favorite (and only) character I've played is a half dragon half elf named Cadmus Freaniathem. His backstory is something like this.
Grew up in a castle. Grew up with queen's daughter. Became queen's daughter's personal guard. Queen and mother captured and enslaved by evil wizard just before Cadmus and princess got married. Is now on a quest to get stronger so he can rescue his mother and the Queen.
he is a rogue arcane trickster but now that I think about it he should have been an Oath of vengence Paladin

I’m saying this because this was my only campaign irl, and this was the only moment he stood out.

Ah… the stories I could tell. Of all my characters I have 3 favorites I have played and one I haven’t.
Amnon Balderk was my first character. He was a tiefling sorcerer/artificer. He’s the fella who never got a chance to finish the campaign he was in… He was my favorite in terms of backstory and development.
Declan Armand is the character I was using in the game I’m playing in. He is a sorcerer and he was super fun to play, especially in roleplaying, but his goals were so far from the party’s (in terms of location. Not ideals) that he had to leave or I couldn’t play him right without splitting the party (which I hate.). I didn’t make him with the intention to leave, but his goal came up so quickly and it was so close that he just had to leave. He was my favorite in terms of roleplaying.
He was replaced by Jack, who is the best ranger ever. (Sorry Drizzt) Jack is my favorite in terms of mechanics, but he’s a runner up for character development.
I also have an amazing wizard named Alabaster Kane, who I haven’t played yet, but he has the best background I’ve ever made, I’ve roleplayed him a bit in some one-shots (and it was perfect), and he is mechanically balanced and useful in many scenarios.
Question: Do you have a favorite character you've played? If you've only ever played one, do you have a favorite / memoriable moment from that character? Played mutliple characters? Feel free to talk about any of them.
I think talked about him a little in the original thread, but my favorite is my current Tempest Cleric, Arkyn Torson. He's a big, strong, red-haired human from the north, and his family is (supposedly) descended from Thor himself. One of the most narratively satisfying moments came recently, which I'll have to give some backstory for.
After the party defeated a werepanther in the catacombs beneath the city we started in, Arkyn found a holy symbol of Thor, much like his own. Through magical means, it was revealed that it belonged to another person from his homeland, another god-descendant who was chased into the catacombs by the champion of a noble house who had a penchant for hunting down and killing anyone descended from the gods. Arkyn swore to avenge his fellow countryman. Long story short, after much confrontation and intrigue, we had a major showdown with a powerful group of bad guys, including this murderous champion. The other villains got away, but not this one, and Arkyn got the satisfaction of declaring judgment before ending the champion's life with a warhammer to the skull.
I love playing Arkyn because he's somewhat naive and downright thickheaded at times, but takes certain things very seriously and doesn't trifle when it comes to protecting people important to him.

Very cool - surprised Amnon Balderk was your favorite, since it's your forum name here. I assume Amnon Balderk, on here, was selected, before your character's departure from the campaign?

Sounds like a very cool moment; was the other descendant from another Norse deity?

Rogue trickster still can work - because you're looking to get in and rescue your mother, I'd imagine, as a priority, rather than seeking vengeance (since, ideally, she's still alive).

My elven cleric tried to punch an ogre pinning him down, but he failed.
Yeah. Pinning a massive, giant in baby form, ogre and pinning him down is going to be very difficult, unless you got the strength behind you to keep that hold and prevent it from breaking free.
Question: What was for breakfast? I plan to have a pulled pork quesadilla.
It is a little late for this, but usually cereal. If I have the time and energy, then I might eat an apple while juggling but that can be difficult. I usually have a lot of fruit no matter what though. I love fruit and eat a lot of it. In the words of Zouzab, “The longer it sits the worser it gets.”
My song probably is Hall of the Mountain King by Savatage. Just because the lyrics have a part where they shout, "Madness Reigns!"
This rules. I love a good bit of diabolical laughter in a song.
Diabolical laughter is always fun. I prefer listening to songs where the madness runs throughout the song and isn’t openly admitted. Such as The Little Man Who Wasn’t There. Swing has a lot of upside down and inside out songs.

I shall ruminate upon this for a while.
Right now I'm thinking Sweet Dreams by Aviators.
Let him who is without sin cast the first stone.
May each word that I speak be backed by each of my teeth.
Took me a while to think of one that makes sense, but I think I'll say The Cloak by Leprous.
