 He does and runs to the dock

There is no dock. The closest thing to a harbour is Harbor Freight Tools, a shop

He runs to a department store.

There is a nearby Macy's.

A film crew are set up there, reporting about the anomaly

Sean runs inside and goes to the electric tools section.

There is a vast array of electric tools, all sparkling new. Some people seem a little frightened of him, for some reason

He picks up a chainsaw and runs down the street towards the farlander revving it in what he hopes is a menacing way.

'I am not to be killed. I am a neutral party. The real evil is to be seen in the End of time. You saw him, there'

He screams very scarily “BACK FOUL BEAST, TO THE HELL You CAME FROM, EVIL END OF TIME MY FOOT!!” He then charges it.

'I am not from Hell. I am from the Void. Heavens and hells are meaningless to me'

He teleports away again

Sean runs to his car and starts driving around.

He passes lots of restaurants, such as Panda Express

To find out more about this ‘end of time’ dilemma he drives into the portal again armed with his chainsaw.

He arrives again at the disk in the void. The temples are set out in a ring around him. Two of them are black and white

He drives through the ring and braces himself.

The car crashes into one of the temples

There is a wooden temple covered in vines, one made of living flesh, or one of the black and white ones, which does he crash into?
