*To be clear, what Koszmar meant is that no one in Kila's domain can die. Ever. No reincarnation, no rebirth, nothing. Since they lack proper medicine, they will grow mortally ill and wounded but never be free.*

*Oh, an this applies to animals and plants too. Sticks will keep growing, hides will keep shedding, bones will keep bleeding, meat will keep twitching, and so on.*
*are you trying to horrify the humans?*
*This was the pact that was sealed. Kila wanted to be free of death, and Koszmar wanted to be free of Kila.*

Fire/tear eye mask: Pride yourself in your work. You are great with your powers.
Kila plucks a small cactus flower from the earth. “And you are an amazing friend. Here, take this.” Kila offers the flower. “Wear it as a token of our friendship.”
All: THANK YOU!

A crack forms in their shoulder, where they seem to plant the flower.
Kila smiles cheekily. “Would you like to dance with me?”

Zeem smiles. “You’re already my friend, you taught me how to dance, you helped me garden, and you gave me this flower crown. I am still in your debt.”
“Friends don’t ever need to be in debt with eachother.” Kila answers with a smile.
“I made you these earlier!” They hold out an intricate cloak and belt.
Kila gasps. “For me? They’re so pretty!” He puts them on.

The reddish sun swells to an impossible volume, the horrid heat scorching the few blades of grass that spring about on the graveyard. A drought turns what little water flows there into steam, and a golden chariot pulled by two massive hounds speeds towards the ground, leaving burn marks where it lands. Kila jumps out of the chariot, his whole body radiating a hellish heat, his feet leaving charred footprints in the ground. In each hand he brandishes a wicked sickle. "I thought we came to an agreement." He spits out the word, lava dripping from his bare feet. "Your vile words and empty promises mean nothing to me any longer. You wish for conflict? You dare to curse us? You will feel the wrath of the sun. The burning rage of fire."
