Ursa looks over and waves kindly, a smile on his face.
“Hello.”
"Good day to ye" he said and tucks his golden blonde hair behind his ear. "Wonderful music you are playing"
“Thanks. How are you?”
"I am well." he said and gave a sweeping bow "How about yourself?"
“Fine. I don’t think I’ve ever met you, what’s your name?”
"My name is Ursa Minor Iggisvillo. But you may call me what ever you wish"
“How about Ursa?”
"That is fine with me" He grinned again. "What is your name?"
“Garaless.”
"Then it is a pleasure to meet you Garaless" he said and extended a hand warmly.
Garaless doesn’t shake it. “So, tell me bout yourself.”
Ursa pulls his hand back and chuckles "I am originally from the Feywild but moved here because of jobs.." he said "I would like to go back but those who abandoned their post do not get to go back with open arms waiting for them"
With a slight tilt of his head he responds blankly, "Fey, typically hags."
She watches and chuckles "Ah.. youth."
"pfft, so nothing worthwhile eh?" she asked and tilted her head again, a sly smile crossing her face.
Ozzy seems to periodically scan the Quartz he was given with his mechanical eye
"Oh? So what's your prey then" He says with a slight smirk in his tone
(hiwywgxuiwhxiwgxihgqa i dont know what to do for ozzy :p)
"Dragons, other humanoids, and other werewolves." she said nonchantly.
(Me neither, his filter is still far off level wise qwq)
"So nothing hard to find then" He says, leaning down a bit
(MOMMA CYBIL TO THE HELP.) Cybil walks over after a moment and hands him a cup of green tea "Whatcha have planned so far dear?"
"Hm.. Dragons are hard because they know where to hide if they want to be left alone. Same with people."
"Well, I've got a system to pump stuff in, and then the idea of Quartz as a filter" He says, gingerly sipping the tea
"Not if you're any good at hunting" He says in an almost teasing tone
"Hm.." She examined his blueprints.
She rolled her eyes "The fey are easy to find as well. Some might say easiest."
It's an odd creation, valves and tubes looking similar to maybe a heart? Except it's all mechanical
"I'd say beasts are the easiest to hunt." He taps her head slightly, "Sure you're a hunter?"
"Hmmm... Like a heart almost? pumping blood for it to become clean.."
She swats his hand away and snarls, bits of black fur forming around the backs of her hands "I am.."
He nods, not really elaborating, "Could be useful"
"You said this was your turf, but you sound like a newbie" He says with a slight chuckle
"What do you intend to clean with it?" she asked, raising a brow.
"I've been working areas since I was a kid!" she snarled, baring her teeth "I don't need the likes of you snatching it up!"
"Oh you know.... stuff." He shrugs, jotting down notes
He tilts his head slightly, watching hing her for a moment, "There's enough game for all of us" He says simply, mumbling something about shifters as he looks away for a moment

"Hmmm... Like a heart almost? pumping blood for it to become clean.."

"lad.. Level with me, what are ye planning to do with this?" she asked, tilting her head.
"What was that?" she snarled, now fully shifted. She became bigger, slightly a few inches below him (around 6'1 or so). Black fur sprouted out from her as blue eyes stared at him. "You got something to say, say it to my face." she bared her teeth again.

"Calm down fluffy," He says, still a good three inches taller, "I just know that shifters are prone to outbursts"
“Huh… are you an elf? I’m one, but an outcast.”

And just like that, she bit his arm. (Hit: 13 Damage:5)

"Well um, I'm not gonna hurt anyone?" He says sheepishly
Biting into what she first thought would be soft leather she instead finds a sturdy hard to pierce leather piece. Using the leverage of his arm, the hunter pins her back against the wall of the building they've been talking next to, "Careful there, bit hard to chew." He says
"That's good at least" she said and nodded. She stared at him a moment more before looking back at the blueprints.
She snarls something and slowly returns to her human form. Her jaw unclamps from his armor and chuckles "You wash your armor with anything besides ox urine?".

"I feel bad for the poor cow then that died to make your armor." She chuckled "Never call me a shifter again. Its rude to those who are not it and have worked hard to get to what they are today."
