One steps forward, "Sorry to bother you ma'am, but we would like to ask you a few questions."
Kayla nods. “I’ll be happy to answer your questions, but I’m not going anywhere with you.”

Carl watches, making sure Kayla, a regular customer, is alright.

Kayla thinks for a minute. “No, I don’t think so. Can you describe one of them and I’ll tell you if I’ve seen them?”

Kayla shakes her head. “No. I’m pretty sure I haven’t seen anyone like that.”

"Well, if you do, let us know, but don't approach it yourself. It is deceitful and dangerous." he takes a card out of his pocket and slides it across the table to you. "We're always available for a call." With that, the two men depart, entering a van and driving away.
About 20 minutes later, along comes Andy, in his human form, calico hair covered by a ballcap.
Kayla takes the card from the men. When Andy approaches 20 minutes later, she waves, but does not recognize him as the shapeshifter.

Ozzy has removed one of his legs, and is tinkering with it along side a half formed rocket
