'Ummm... ok? Well, thanks, I guess, ya seem like a ... good guy?'
"Really? I just went off on a spiel about cannibalism. Most people can physically feel the terror I have absorbed from what I've eaten over the years just by standing near me. I'm a monster, and you'd do good to remember that. And you wanna know the scariest part? I think I might be one of the better ones." He chuckles, his breath fogging as though there were some sort of chill. "You're a good kid. People like me aren't worth hanging out with. Treat us as strangers. Buy what we sell and get no closer."

'Yeah, ya seem like one of the better ones. As ya said, eating that stuff isn't the bad bit, doing the killing is. You're creepy and all, but I don't think you're likely to bite my head off right now or anything. And, sorry, but I don't think I'll be buying what ya sell. Sounds nice, but a little pricey'

"Fair enough. It's usually for the rich kids and the people pretending to be rich kids. Can't complain about it though. That's how I afford all my gear."
The hallway leading to the meeting room was grim, gray concrete lining the walls and tile of a similar color on the floor. She hated coming down here, it was too sturdy. But as the head scientist she had to come to these things, especially after... recent events. She walked in, the clicking of her heels echoing through the room as she sat at the end of the table, other high ranking members of government and city sat aswell. "As some of you may know, the explosion at the reactor wasn't as much of an accident as we passed it off for." She says, folding her hands infront of her, "And with the amount of refugees getting out of our walls, news is spreading of the fallout from the reactor." The officials nod, one speaking up, "Wasn't it your creation that caused this whole ordeal?" He starts before being silenced with a glare. She then nods, "Yes. And my experiments also let us create enough power to expand the city ten fold. This was a minor setback at worst." She says, pulling up a photo on a crystal projector, "While many subjects died in the blast, unit B-0n managed to survive and leave the city in the panic. They were ine of our most successful results, and also contains the last of the DNA we used to create her." The photo switches to a small port town a good amount from the city. "We sent several armed soldiers to attempt to collect them, but they were stopped by an enhanced individual. However, I have a way to properly capture B-0n without expending further resources." She says with a smile that sent shivers down the spines of those who saw it, "We'll just play by their rules."
