At the upper floor of the 2 story tavern came walking in the noble adventurer. She had been gone for a while now, on a quest that took her far from town, but she had once again found herself at this place now. Her clothes were a mess, damaged and stained in old blood. Her long dagger was chipped and more blunt than sharp, and her staff was bend out of shape. One of her shoes was missing and as such she made an awkward sound with the click of her slippers heel alternating with the thud of her bare sole. Zhou Liyong walked over to her old spot and sat down with a groan.
the otter smiles brightly, squeaks in a way that says “you got it” and tucks the gold away before hitting the wall again. this time it finds a diamond ring, crusted to the wall over the years. it squeals with joy and jumps up and down. this is worth about 300gp, and for someone so very tiny that is a LOT of money
"That's kind of you." She nodded and took the whiskey, taking a long sip. "Oh, that's better." She looked over to the guy that had bought her a drink. "I appreciate it."
the otter looks confused again, before handing the bartender some copper pieces for him, flint, and the other otter’s drinks. this is after climbing up the little ladder to the little platform where there’s a little bell so that little people can be served too.
