“Oh. I was about to head to work, but I got distracted on the way.”

“Oh he was some punk with black hair. He looked like an ordinary urchin, but I’ve seen so many I don’t pay much attention anymore.”

Her hands start to get clammy at the thought of Zero suffering.

Her she puts her left hand on her hip, a few inches away from her pistol. She doesn’t look like she is going to use it.

“How did you find that out though? You represent a company that has nothing to do with sanitation, and I doubt the city would tell people that their sewage is turning kids into mutants.”
